  • Standard notarization for documents such as affidavits, power of attorney forms, oath/affirmations, acknowledgments, and identity verifications.
    Fee: $10 per notarized signature (NC State Fee)

  • Professional mobile notary service brought directly to your location. Ideal for home appointments, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and workplace signings.
    Fee: $25+ travel fee + $10 per notarized signature.

  • Completion of Form I-9 identity and employment authorization verification for employers or remote hires. Includes review of identity documents and completion of Section 2 as an authorized representative.
    Fee: Flat fee or included in mobile notary pricing.

  • Guidance and support in preparing documents for authentication and international use. Includes document review, instructions, and optional courier support to the NC Secretary of State.
    (Note: WGL does not issue apostilles.)
    Fee: Based on document count + optional courier fees.

  • Secure same-day scan-back delivery of completed documents to title or lender. Includes high-quality, encrypted PDF transmission via approved platforms.

    Our pricing is based on distance (zone), urgency (routine vs STAT), number of stops, and after-hours needs.

    Routine / Scheduled Deliveries (Starting At)

    • Zone 1 (0–10 miles): starting at $30

    • Zone 2 (11–20 miles): starting at $40

    • Zone 3 (21–30 miles): starting at $50

    • Zone 4 (31–40 miles): starting at $60

    Urgency Add-Ons (when applicable)
