Fee: $10 per notarized signature (NC State Fee) -
Professional mobile notary service brought directly to your location. Ideal for home appointments, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and workplace signings.
Fee: $25+ travel fee + $10 per notarized signature. -
Completion of Form I-9 identity and employment authorization verification for employers or remote hires. Includes review of identity documents and completion of Section 2 as an authorized representative.
Fee: Flat fee or included in mobile notary pricing. -
Guidance and support in preparing documents for authentication and international use. Includes document review, instructions, and optional courier support to the NC Secretary of State.
(Note: WGL does not issue apostilles.)

WGL provides mobile notary services with fees in accordance with NC law:
Traditional notarization: $10 per principal signature (maximum) North Carolina General Assembly
Electronic notarization: $15 per principal signature (maximum) North Carolina General Assembly
Remote Online Notarization (RON): $25 per principal signature (maximum) North Carolina General Assembly
Travel reimbursement: actual mileage at the federal business mileage rate if agreed to in writing in advance North Carolina General Assembly
